6. Preloading to the full working load ensures that the load transmitted to the anchorage medium (rock or soil) is constant, i. E. Live loads are not transmitted to the anchorage medium.

9. May be tensioned, released and re-tensioned with ease.
10. Simplicity in applying the pre-stress with jacks, torque wrenches of air operated tools.
11. Recoverable anchor may be removed to simplify later excavations.
12. The rigidity of the anchors makes them easy to install especially in overhead applications
13. High shear bond as deformations are designed for shear interlock with concrete or resin.
14. Transmits the anchor forces efficiently to the grout body without additional fittings.
15. Standard stock lengths may be stored and cut to suit the application. Off cut bars may be used for all standard concrete reinforcement for formwork, starter bars or hangers in underground works.
